Is MJ an assisted living facility?
No. MJ is not assisted living and does not provide medical, nursing, or personal care services. We are a housing provider for adults who can independently manage their daily living activities.
Are meals provided?
No meals are provided. Residents shop for and prepare their own food using the shared kitchen.
Are utilities included?
Yes. Electricity, water, sewer, and trash are included, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and designated amenities.
Are private rooms available?
Both private and shared rooms are available based on current availability.
How long can someone stay?
Length of stay is based on continued eligibility, adherence to house guidelines, and timely payments.
Do you accept referrals?
Yes. We accept referrals from healthcare providers, social workers, Veteran organizations, and community agencies.
Is same-day move-in possible?
Same-day move-in is possible when a room is ready and all move-in requirements are completed.
